Umpqua Watersheds and two other environmental groups, the Center for Biological Diversity and the Native Fish Society, have perfect clarity on that front. The groups recently announced their intention to sue the federal government to protect Oregon Coast spring-run Chinook salmon under the Endangered Species Act.
