The education program goal is to provide life changing experiences for learners of all ages that cultivate appreciation for ecological systems, conservation practices, restoration practices, and the intrinsic value of wild places. Our AmeriCorps members develop environmental science curriculum for K-12 students in after school programs or in school lessons and facilitate community events to engage life long learners. Volunteers work to engage students at the college level by providing long term research opportunities and environmental science curriculum for credit.

As everyone transitions to a virtual platform due to the pandemic, we are developing new and creative ways for our youngest community members to be engaged.
