Music on the Umpqua Outback Stage

Jonathan Foster & Mo Ford (12 – 1:30 pm)

Authentic roots music for the ears of old souls – award-winning songwriter Jonathan Foster is a recording artist and touring musician from Cranberry Lake, New York. He has performed over 850 shows, primarily on U.S. tours that have spanned the country multiple times. This folk-Americana singer and songwriter boasts a strong vocal presence, complemented by imaginative lyrics, acoustic guitar, harmonica, and engaging songs that make you feel at home. Jonathan enjoys sharing his music and stories from his travels in an intimate setting, weaving in observations about the people, places, and wonders of the world. He is joined on stage by Mo Ford on the mandolin and dobro.

Swiftwater Bluegrass Band (2 – 3 pm)

The band plays a blend of traditional Bluegrass and other tunes. Fiddle, banjo, guitar, dobro, and bass fiddle, along with incredible lead vocals and harmonizations, provide an authentic, refined, and enjoyable sound.

TOB (That Other Band) (3:30 – 5 pm)

TOB has a genuine passion for the music they play and the people for whom they play it. The audience is regularly a part of the show at TOB events. The band’s music and grooves are infectious, and the band’s vibe is captivating. The energy TOB puts out is authentic, enthusiastic, and entertaining. TOB will help you connect with your inner self and keep you engaged and entertained.

Melissa Ruth and the Likely Stories (5:30 – 7 pm)

Equal parts country and blues, Melissa’s music is firmly rooted in the rural West. Through her distinctive voice and self-described style of Doo-Wop Twang, she tells stories of everyday life, struggles, and joy. Ruth and her husband and guitar player Johnny Leal perform with their 5-piece band.

We will also be hosting our first Umpqua Community Festival, featuring tabling by various partner organizations, games, and refreshments, all taking place simultaneously on the street alongside the Umpqua Brew Fest. The festival is taking place right in front of our building, and the block will be closed to ensure everyone can enjoy the event safely.
