Join Umpqua Watersheds and our community to help with restoration efforts on an area within the Archie Creek Fire perimeter.
Blackberry and scotch broom are encroaching on this once thriving forest.
Plant 300 trees on the property to help stabilize the slope, crowd out the invasives, and bring back wildlife habitat.

| What: | Tree planting 300 trees will be planted on the property Scotch Broom and blackberry removal The open landscape is an invitation for invasive species |
| Why: | Al and Trudy Walker, long time members and contributors to the community, lost their house in the 2020 Archie Creek Fire. They are rebuilding but their landscape is in need of restoration. |

What to bring:
We have some tools and gloves. If you have your own, please bring them. Beverages and some snacks will be available. |
